2 Kings 7 The four lepers
Why sit we here until
we die? In one race in ancient Greece-the winner
was not the first across the line but the first to
finish with the torch still burning.
4 Principles of FAITH:
The 4 Outcasts spoke it, did it, told it, shared it -
Key to faith
The lepers were ready to
lay down their lives, nothing to lose!
***key to servant hood and discipleship***
They discovered that victory was already
accomplished.
They gathered treasure and food- and then distributed it
to all.
Our mission: To be
disciples and make disciples for Jesus.
To lay down our lives- we can enter into His
treasure house and share the treasure with the Lord's
people
New Testament
application
New Testament discipleship: walk with God and then turn
round and tell the person behind you how you did it.
2 Timothy 2:2
Jesus-Paul, Paul-Timothy,
Timothy - faithful (believing men and women) Faithful
men-others.
Our job to be so
blessed that we become a blessing.
God's heart is for all people: Genesis 12:1,2
