FIRST ELEMENT in the Periodic Table is HYDROGEN.
'Water, water everywhere but not a drop to drink' is referring to a rime of an Ancient Mariner
by Samuel Taylor Coleridge, when the Ancient Mariner is stuck in the middle of the sea.
Because the Ancient Mariner is on the open ocean, the water is very salty and unfit for drinking.
